摘要
目的评价两种腔镜器械清洗方法的效果。方法将254件腹腔镜器械样本随机分为两组,分别采用单纯手工清洗及手工加机器清洗,采用标准化清洗流程,应用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光监测法对比观察清洗效果。结果手工清洗组器械ATP含量为3259RLU,合格率为57.5%;手工加机器清洗组器械ATP含量为167RLU,合格率为91.3%。两种不同清洗方法ATP含量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手工加机器清洗腔镜器械的清洁度明显高于单纯手工清洗。
Objective To investigate the effect of the 2 cleaning methods for laparoscopes. Methods Two hun- dred and fifty-four laparoseopes were randomly divided into 2 groups, unified the standard cleaning process, respectively using a simple hand-eleaning method and hand-plus-mechine cleaning method. ATP biolum ineseence assay was used to evaluate the effect in cleaning laparoscopes. Results The average RLU (relative light unit) of hand-cleaning group was 3 259, with the pass rate 57.5%; and the average RLU of hand-plus-machine cleaning group was 167, with the pass rate 91.3%. The result showed a significant difference between the 2 groups (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The cleanliness of hand-plus-machine cleaning group is significantly higher than that of simple hand cleaning group.
