摘要
为了研究不同过滤函数对应力约束下连续体结构拓扑优化问题的影响,基于ICM(独立、连续、映射)方法,探究了过滤函数的意义及引入过程,并着重研究了单元质量、刚度和许用应力等3种幂函数形式的过滤函数在优化模型的建立与求解中的作用.通过数值试验,分析讨论了以上3种过滤函数对最优拓扑结构的影响.数值结果表明:在优化模型中,选择合理的过滤函数可以获得高效而理想的拓扑构型.
To study the effects of different filter functions on topology optimization of continuous structures with stress constraints, based on the ICM(Independent, Continuous, Mapping)method, the present work will focus on the investigation into the meaning and introduction of filter function, as well as the role of power type filter functions of elemental weight, stiffness and allowable stress in optimization modeling and solution. In addition, the effects of three filter functions on the optimal topology configurations are analyzed and discussed by numerical experiments, of which results show, the efficient and ideal topology can be achieved by reasonable selection of filter functions in optimization model.
