摘要
用配有Jones还原器的流动注射系统,研究了光泽精与钒(Ⅱ)的化学发光反应,并建立了钒的流动注射化学发光分析法。该法线性范围为1×10-6~1×10-2 g/L ,检出限为3×10-7 g/L,相对标准偏差为2.0 %(1×10-4 g/L,n=11),相关系数在0.9988以上。已用于化探样品中痕量钒的测定,结果令人满意。
A flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace vanadium based on the reaction between lucigenin and V(Ⅱ) generated by Jones reductor is described. The present method has a wide linear range of 1×10-6~1×10-2 g/L for vanadium with correlation coefficients≥0.998 8. The relative standard deviation is 2.0%(1×10-4 g/L, n=11). The detection limit is 3×10-7 g/L. The method has been used to determine vanadium in geochemical exploratory samples with satisfactory results. The method is found to be simple, convenient, precise and accurate.
