摘要
提高煤矿企业班组安全执行力,是提高煤矿安全生产水平的重要途径。通过对煤矿生产"三违"现象进行分析,得出"三违"现象的根本原因是安全执行力不够。首先对煤矿班组安全执行力概念及作用进行了阐述;其次,分析了影响煤矿班组安全执行力的主要因素;最后,针对影响因素分析结果,制定了提高煤矿班组安全执行力的措施。
