摘要
目的研究穴位埋线联合沙美特罗/丙酸氟治疗替卡松对支气管哮喘患者的疗效。方法将符合选择标准的患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组吸入沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松,观察组在吸入沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松的基础上加穴位埋线,分别于治疗前后进行症状评分、肺功能测定,检测外周血T细胞亚群、血清细胞因子IL-4和IFN-γ水平的变化。结果两组患者治疗后ACT评分及肺功能均明显提高(均P<0.05),而观察组患者ACT评分、FEV1占预计值/%及FEV1/FVC(%)改善程度明显优于对照组,与对照组比较有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者联合治疗后外周血CD4+、CD4+/CD8+有显著升高(均P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清IL-4水平降低、IFN-γ水平升高,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(均P<0.05),而与对照组治疗后比较,观察组血清中IFN-γ水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,可改善患者临床症状及肺功能,提高免疫力。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint t catgut embedding and salmeterol/fluticasone pmpionate on clinical observation and immunity in the treatment of asthmatic patients. Methods 70 asthmatic patients were randomly divided into treatment group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）. The patients in the treatment group mainly received acupoint catgut embedding and sal- meterol/flnticasone pmpionate therapy. The patients in the control group were given salmeterol/fluticasone therapy only. The Clinical symptom score（ ACT）, lung function, serum IL-4 and IFN~/ levels, and T cell subsets were detected before and after treatment for 3 months. Results After treatment, ACT score and lung function of the two groups were improved, while ACT score, FEVI/% and FEVt/ FVC （ % ） of treatment group were superior than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Both the number of CD4 ＋ cells and the ratio of CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ in treatment group were highter than before treatment （ all P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Interestingly, serum level of 1L-4 in the treatment group were lower than before （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but IFN-r/was increased （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Moreover, IFN-rin the treatment group was significantly high- er than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding and salmeterol/fluticasone pmpionate therapy could effectively improve the symptom and lung function of asthmatic patients, as well as ameliorating cell immunity.
