摘要
目的:观察小蓟饮子辨证治疗血尿患者的临床疗效。方法:将40例血尿患者随机地分为两组,治疗组与对照组各20例。治疗组以小蓟饮子辨证治疗;对照组以裸花紫珠片治疗,疗程12周。结果:以尿红细胞计数、尿液艾迪氏计数及尿红细胞形态分析、临床症状改善程度评价疗效,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其尿红细胞计数、尿液艾迪氏计数及临床症状积分,治疗组明显低于对照组,(P<0.05或P<0.01);但尿红细胞形态分析红细胞畸形比率无明显差异,(P>0.05)。结论:小蓟饮子辨证治疗湿热下注型血尿能明显改善患者的临床症状,减少尿红细胞,临床疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the effect of Xiaoji decoction on treating hematuria. Methods ： 40 cases of hematuria patients were randomly divided into two groups ,20 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with Xiaoji decoction orally,while control group With C. nudiflora tablets,both treated for 12 weeks. Results ：The efficacy of its clinical treatment was evaluated with urinary red cell count, urine Eddie＇s count and analysis of urinary red cell morphology. The clinical symptoms improvement degree and the total efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Its urinary red cell count, urine Eddie＇s count and clinical symptom score were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0.05 orP 〈0.01 ）. But the deformed red blood cells ratio had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Xiaoji decoction can treat hematuria of heat- dampness downward invasion syndrome by significantly improving the clinical symptoms, reducing urinary red blood ceils. It has significant clinical effect.
