摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对妇科急症的诊断价值。方法:对收治的300例经病理证实的妇科急症患者的超声声像图进行分析和总结。结果:300例妇科急症中与超声诊断结果相符的283例,符合率为94.3%;其中诊断宫外孕符合率为95.0%(152/160);卵巢黄体破裂符合率为93.2%(55/59);卵巢囊肿蒂扭转符合率为93.3%(42/45);急性盆腔炎符合率为94.2%(34/36)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断妇科急症准确率高,且操作简便迅速、无痛苦,可作为妇科急症诊断的首选方法。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of color dopplar（doppler） ultrasound on gynecological diseases. Method The ul- trasonogram of 300 cases of patients with gynecological diseases in our hospital were selected and analyzed. Results 283 patients were cor- respond to the pathology results. The coincidence rate was 94. 3%. 152 patients were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy;the coincidence rate was 95.0% （152/160）. 55 patients were diagnosed as rupture of corpus luteum;the coincidence rate was 93.2% （55/59）. 42 patients were diagnosed as ovarian cyst pedicle torsion;the coincidence rate was 93.3% （42/45）. 34 patients were diagnosed as acute pelvic in- flammation ; the coincidence rate was 94.2% （34/36）. Conclusion The coincidence rate of color doppler ultrasound on gynecological dis- eases is high. The manipulating is simple, so it can be preferred method of the diagnosis of gynecological diseases.
