摘要
近年来,企业培训的受关注程度不断上升,越来越多的企业开始逐渐意识到培训的作用不容小觑,开始加大力度发展企业文化,培训企业人员的文化素养、技能素养以及企业观念。通过对近十年的文献进行研读,对企业E-learning发展现状及研究领域进行分析,进而理清其发展思路,为新领域的探索提出建议。
Enterprise Training is paid more and more attention which made the managers of enterprise began to realize-the role of training. Through to read the nearly ten years of literature, the author analyzes the development situation of E-learning and the E-learning research field, and furthermore sorts out the development ideas to propose some suggestions for the new filed exploration.
