摘要 运用较简单的方法分析了4种海藻酸钠原料的结构组成。用旋转粘度计测定海藻酸钠的动力粘度,用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定海藻酸钠的平均相对分子质量和相对分子质量分布,用傅里叶红外光谱法测定海藻酸钠的n(G)/n(M)。研究了原料各性能之间的关系,并结合湿法纺丝,在同一工艺下得到不同原料所纺4种纤维,用单纤维强力仪表征了纤维的力学性能。结果表明,海藻酸钠溶液的粘度随着相对分子质量分布的变窄而增大;而随着n(G)/n(m)的增大而增大;海藻纤维的断裂强度增大,断裂伸长率先增加后减小。 The structure and composition of four kinds of sodium alginates were analyzed using some simple methods. The dynamic viscosity values were determined by rotational viscometer, average relative molecular mass and molecular mass distributions were determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and the n(G)/n(M) of sodium alginate was determined using FTIR spectroscopy. The relationship between physimchemical parameters of sodium alginates was studied, and four kinds of alginate fibers by wet spinning were obtained, strength of the fibers were tested. The results showed that the viscosity of sodium alginate solution increased with the distribution of relative molecular mass narrowed, and with the n(G)/n(M) increased, the breaking strength of alginate fibers increased, while elongation increased firstly and then decreased.
