摘要
根据三坐标测量机的特点 ,通过对漂移模型、虚拟边界要求及条件公差理论的剖析 ,在 ISO和国家标准的公差原则基础上 ,给出与标准相一致的、可用于孔轴类零件公差验证的软件量规数学等效式。这在 CAD与 CMM集成的自动检测系统中实现公差验证。
In the paper, a floating model, Virtual Boundary Requirements(VBRs) and Conditional Tolerances(CTs) are analysed according to the characteristic of CMM. Some mathematically equivalent formulas used to test tolerance of parts such as holes and shafts, are presented based on the tolerance rules of ISO and national standards, which is of immense value to tolerance test, real time data analysis and manufacture process controlling implemented by the automatic measuring system integrated with CAD and CMM.
