摘要
目的探讨低钠血症对结核性脑膜炎（结脑）预后的影响。方法分析36例结核性脑膜炎并低钠血症患者的治疗及转归。结果低钠血症的严重程度与结脑的预后呈正相关。结论低钠血症影响结脑患者的预后，治疗原发病的同时有效纠正低钠是改善预后、降低病死率的有效措施。
Objective To analyze the affection of hyponatremia on the prognosis of tuberculous meningitis. Methods We analyzed the treatment and prognosis of 36 cases with tuberculous meningitis and hyponatremia. Results The severity of hyponatremia was positively correlated with prognosis of tuberculous meningitis. Conclusion The hyponatremia in patients will affect prognosis of tuberculous meningitis. The treatment of the primary disease and effective correction of hyponatremia can improve the prognosis and reduce the mortality rate. It is an effective method.
