摘要
采用50Mn钢锻制大型回转支撑环时,滚道表面用淬火机加工后存在裂纹、鼓泡和剥落现象。通过取样分析,认为致废原因为氢致裂纹、氧化铝和保护渣等夹杂物,提出了控制钢中气体含量等一系列改进措施。
Crack, bubble and peeling are occurred on raceway surface after machining by quenching machine when the large rotary supporting ring is forged with 50Mn steel. By analyzing samples, it is found that the reject is caused by inclusions such as HIC, alumina and protective slag and provides a series of improvement measures to control gas contents in steel.
