研发团队成员主观规范对个人创新行为的影响——基于团队凝聚力调节效应的跨层次分析 被引量:6

A Study on the Effects of R & D Team Members' Subjective Norms on Individual Innovative Behaviors——Based on Cross-level Moderating Effects of Team Cohesiveness

摘要 采用实证研究方法分析了企业研发团队成员主观规范对个人创新行为的影响作用,并运用跨层次分析法探讨了团队凝聚力的调节作用。研究结果发现,团队成员主观规范对个人创新行为具有积极的影响作用,并且团队凝聚力越强,成员主观规范对个人创新行为的影响作用就越突出。 This paper explores the effect of R D team members'subjective norms on individual innovative behaviors,and the moderating effects of team cohesiveness based on the method of cross-level analysis.The conclusion is that subjective norms have a positive effect on individual innovative behaviors,which turns stronger when teams become more cohesive.
