摘要
目的探讨EV71感染手足口病患儿细胞免疫及体液免疫功能变化。方法将92例EV71感染的手足口病患儿分为重型组、轻型组,另选正常健康对照组儿童30例为对照组,检测各组静脉血T细胞亚群、B细胞表达情况,免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4水平及TNF-α、IL-6及IL-10水平。结果重型组及轻型组患儿Th及Ts细胞比例降低,B细胞比例升高,TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平升高,IgA、IgG、C3、C4水平升高,各组间差异有统计学意义。结论 EV71感染手足口病患儿存在细胞及体液免疫异常情况,并且同病情相关,临床检测有助于病情预测及预后评估。
Objective To investigate the change of cell immune and humoral immunity in hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD） with EV71 infection. Methods A total of 92 cases of children patients with HFMD were selected and divided into severe groups and mild groups, then chose healthy children 50 cases as control group, expression of T and B cell were detected, expression level of immunoglobulin, addiment C3, addiment C4, TNF-, IL-6 and IL-IO were detected. Results Expressive rate of Th and Ts was decreased and expressive rate of B was increased, level of TNF-, IL-6 and IL-10 in serum were increased and level of IgA, IgG, C3 and C4 were increased in severe groups and mild groups, and there was a difference along every groups. Conclusion Cell immune and humoral immunity were preternatural in HFMD with EV71 infection, and related to pathogenetic condition, and detecting it＇s helpful for pretesting pathogenet- ic condition and evaluate prognosis.
