摘要
采用新型DH活性染料和高温型分散染料对涤棉织物进行一浴二步法染色。试验发现,该系列活性染料可在中、高温时入染,低碱条件下固色。该类染料具有匀染性好、染色重现性高、热稳定性优良等特点;与传统的涤棉二浴二步法染色相比,则色牢度高,生产效率高。
One-bath-two-step dyeing of cotton polyester blends is carried out with new reactive dyes DH and high-energy disperse dyes.Initial dyeing with reactive DH can be carried out at middle and high temperature and fixed at low alkaline conditions.The dyes have the advantages of good levelness,reproducibility and thermal stability.This new dyeing process features higher efficiency,better color fastness and lower cost compared with the conventional two-bath-two-step process.
