摘要
目的：探讨青霉素G注射剂与青霉素V钾片联合治疗急性扁桃体炎的治疗效果,为此疾病的临床用药提供参考。方法：将我院2009年6月~2010年5月期间收治的152例急性扁桃体炎患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组：分别以青霉素G注射剂联合青霉素V钾片治疗和单纯青霉素G注射剂治疗两种不同方法治疗,并观察对比疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为96.1%,对照组总有效率为85.5%,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：青霉素G注射剂与青霉素V钾片联合治疗急性扁桃体炎,疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective：To study the penicillin injection G and penicillin V k piece of combination therapy for the treatment of acute tonsillitis effect.Methods：During the month of may of 152 cases of acute tonsillitis patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group average：respectively to penicillin injection G joint penicillin V k piece of treatment and pure penicillin injection G treatment of two different methods treatment,and observe contrast curative effect.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group were 96.1% and the total effective rate was 85.5%,a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Penicillin injection G and penicillin V k combination treatment of acute tonsillitis,symptoms,and high safety.
