摘要
以三相交流异步外转子陀螺马达作为模型,应用Ansoft的Maxwell2D有限元分析软件建立了陀螺马达的二维模型,运用瞬态求解器对马达空载和负载工况下的启动过程进行了电磁场的瞬态特性分析,分析结果为马达的进一步优化设计提供了理论基础和依据。
In order to improve the design accuracy of the gyro motor, we adopted gyro motor as the analysis model and established a two-dimensional model of the gyro motor using the Ansoft of Maxwell we had done finite element analysis 2D of finite element analysis software. Furthermore electromagnetic field which was in motor no- load and load conditions using the transient solver. Finally we obtained the results of finite element analysis in transient electromagnetic field and these theoretical analysis results theory are consistent with prototype test results. Moreover these results provided basis and foundation for the motor to further optimize design and at the same time can be consulted by the other electromagnetic design of the same type of gyr.
