摘要
聚羟基脂肪酸酯(polyhydroxyalkanoates,PHA)是一类在众多微生物细胞内可合成的聚酯,是一种完全生物可降解塑料,有很好的应用前景,成为全世界关注的热点。近年来,报道了大量的PHA产生菌,本文综述了利用发酵生产PHA的野生菌株和重组菌株。
The polyhydroxyalkanoates（PHA） are synthesized as polyester in many bacterial cells.They can be used in many areas due to their biodegradability.So more and more peope pay attention to PHA research in the whole world.In recent years,a lot of strains producing PHA were reported.In this paper,the wild strains and recombinant strains were reviewed.
