摘要
通过定位试验表明 ,施用生物菌肥对蔬菜品质有明显影响 ,单施生物菌肥比施化肥蔬菜硝酸盐含量降低 10 0~ 6 0 0 mg/ kg,糖分含量提高 0 .17%~ 0 .43%,维生素 C、蛋白质含量均有不同程度的提高 ,生物菌肥还能改善土壤结构 。
The results of posting experiment showed that applying bio bacterial manure had the significant effect on vegetable quality.Compared with vegetables applied by fertilizers,vegetables applied by bio baceerial manure had 100~600 mg/kg lower nitrate,0.17%~0.43% higher sugar,and different slightly higher of vitamin C and protein.In addition,bio bacterial manure may improve the structures of soil and lower the bad effect on soil environment.
