摘要
文章基于对澳门-新疆英语中心进行的为期半年的教师培训实践,介绍了该中心的培训目标、培训理念、培训官专业化的教学指导行为,论述了明确高职公共英语教学的目标及定位、教学理念的更新及教师素质及业务水平提升的必要性,建议教师在高职英语教学中应不断学习、实践,提高多种职业能力,有效组织个性化的课堂教学,体现教师在课堂教学中的主导作用。
The author,based on the 6-month training in Macao-Xinjiang English Center（MXEC）,introduces the training goal,the training ideology and the teaching guidance role of the training to the English teaching.The paper also discusses the enlightenment of the training to the English teaching in higher vocational schools in the mainland of China.
