摘要
目的探讨采用尿激酶联合丹红注射液治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法将患者分为尿激酶联合丹红注射液治疗组(A组)与常规治疗组(B组),观察2组治疗后患肢周径差以及相关治疗指标效果。结果 2组治疗后患肢周径差以及相关治疗指标效果等方面的对比,A组患者明显优于B组。结论临床上使用尿激酶联合丹红注射液治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成疾病患者,更有利于提高患者治疗有效率,改善血液循环抑制血溶栓出现复生从而改善症状,延缓患者病情的恶化发展,值得临床上推广研究。
Objective To study the treatment effect of urokinase combined dangong injection with deep venous thrombosis . Methods The patients were equally devided into treatment group（A group）and conventional treatment group（B group）.After the treatment ,observed and compared perimeters of limbs and treatment effect of the two groups. Results Perimeters of limbs and treatment effect of A group were better than B group. Conclusion Urokinase combined dangong injection used in deep venous thrombosis is more conducive to improve the treatment efficiency. It can improve blood circulation,and inhibit blood thrombolysis,consequently improving symptoms and delaying the aggravation of the illness development.So Urokinase combined dangong injection used in deep venous thrombosis is worth Dromoting in clinic.
