摘要
目的研究缺血性脑卒中神经功能缺损与炎症因子的相关性。方法选择缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象(卒中组),以同期健康体检的正常人为对照(对照组),比较两者间炎症因子的差异,采用Spearman秩相关分析神经功能缺损与炎症因子的相关性。结果卒中组患者TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8显著高于对照组,IL-10显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。相关性分析表明NIHSS评分与TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和IL-8呈正相关(rs>0,P<0.05),与IL-10呈负相关(rs<0,P<0.05)。结论 TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10与缺血性脑卒中神经功能缺损密切相关,可作为缺血性脑卒中神经功能缺损的评价指标。
Objective To study the correlation between neurological deficit in ischemic stroke and inflammatory cytokines. Methods Ischemic stroke patients were selected for study （stroke group）,and healthy normal subjects as controls （control group） in the same period. The inflammatory cytokines differences were compared and the correlation between nurological deficit in ischemic stroke and inflammatory cytokines was analyzed. Results The TNF-α ,IL- 1,IL-6 and IL-8 in stroke group were significantly higher than in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The NIHSS score correlated positively with TNF-α ,IL-I,IL-6 and IL-8（ r_s 〉0,P 〈 0.05 ）,while it was negatively with IL-α（ r_s 〈 0,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion TNF-α ,IL-I,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 correlate with neurological deficit,which could act as a biomarker for neurological deficit in ischemic stroke.
