摘要
在民办本科高校的科学发展中,教师队伍培训工作具有极为重要的战略意义,建立健全教师队伍培训机制迫在眉睫。本文以河北科技学院为例,将培训理论、人力资源管理理论与样本院校实际相结合,尝试性地提出了民办本科高校教师培训机制的构建原则、构成要素预设方案,阐述了加强民办本科高校教师培训机制的保障机制,并对构成要素的必要性程度进行论证。
The training of teachers has extremely important strategic significance in the scientific de- velopment of private undergraduate institutions, establish and improve the teachers' training mechanism is imminent. This paper takes Hebei Institute of Technology for example, will combine the training theory, human resources management theory with the actual samples of colleges, tentatively puts forward the private undergraduate college teacher training mechanism construction principle, constitute elements default program, elaborates the protection mechanism to strengthen private undergraduate college teachers training mechanism, and demonstrate the degree of necessity of constituent elements.
