摘要
针对薄钢板激光焊接的初始点智能寻找问题,利用与焊枪同轴的摄像机采集焊缝初始点的图像,提出了一种激光焊接中焊缝初始点识别与定位控制方法;首先利用基于同轴摄像机的焊枪系统,得到被动光照环境下的焊缝图像,然后提出一种基于霍夫变换的焊缝初始点识别算法,接着设计了基于图像的视觉控制方法,实现焊缝初始点的快速定位;实验结果表明所提出的算法能在3s内快速将焊枪定位到焊缝起始位置,且定位误差能维持的在小于0.01mm的范围内。
In order to solve the problem of start position recognition in sheet steel laser welding, this study proposes a laser welding start position recognition and vision control method. Firstly, the image of the welding seam which was captured through the coaxial camera weld ing system; then, a welding seam start position recognition algorithm based on Hough transform was put forward; and then, in order'to ad just the welding torch to the start position a vision control scheme was designed. The experimental results show that this proposed method can find the start position with a error less than 0. 01mm. And the torch can be driven to the start position in 3 seconds by using proposed positioning control method.
