摘要
阐述了当前矿用输送机基本传动方式、驱动电机的主要类型,以及传动效率低下的主要原因。设计了基于开关磁阻电机的无齿轮电机,具有结构简单、控制方便、效率高,其启动能力、过载能力远高于常规的单速和双速电机,在中等功率驱动场合可替代"运输机专用电机+液力耦合器+减速器"传动装置。
The paper describes first current driving model and drive motor types of mining transport machinery, and main causes of low driving efficiency. Then the gearless motor used driving mining transport machinery based on SRM is designed. And simple structure, easy to control, high efficiency, high start capacity and high overload capacity are it's main advantages. In the case of moderate power it would take place of "special induction motor + fluid coupling+ gear reducer".
