摘要
本文以竞争企业间R&D合作为研究载体,探讨合作关系、吸收能力与合作风险的关系,揭示了竞争企业间R&D合作风险的形成机理。通过问卷调查和多因素回归分析对研究假设进行了验证。研究结果表明:在竞争企业间R&D合作中,对合作伙伴的信任、承诺和满意对竞争企业的投入风险和侵占风险存在显著影响;吸收能力不仅影响竞争企业的投入风险和侵占风险,同时还调节着合作关系对合作风险的影响程度。因此,从合作关系和企业吸收能力出发,探讨竞争企业间R&D合作风险管理和控制具有一定理论和现实意义。
In this paper, the cooperation of R＆D between enterprises is used as a carrier to explore the relationship between cooperative relations, absorption capacity and cooperation risk, revealing the formation mechanism of risk of R＆D between competitive enterprises. The questionnaire survey and multivariate regression analysis are used to to verify the research hypothesis. The result shows that： the trust in, the commitment to and the satisfieation on the cooperative patter have a signification effect on the investment risk and invasion risk of the competitive enterprises that participate the coop- eration of R＆D. The absorptive capacity of an enterprise not only affects the investment risk and the invasion risk, but also regulates the influence degree that the cooperative relationship has on the cooperation risk. Therefore based on the cooperative relationship and absorptive capacity, the exploration of the management of cooperation risk between competi- tive enterprisesn has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
