摘要
对马莲叶中挥发油的成分进行分析。采用水蒸气蒸馏法对其挥发油进行提取,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对其进行分析测定,并利用面积归一化法测定其中各成分的相对百分含量。结果表明,从该样品挥发油中共检出55个化学成分。本试验首次对马莲叶中的挥发油进行分析,为其进一步开发利用提供一定的依据。
Composition and contents of essential oil in lr/s/actea Leaves were analyzed.The essential oil was extracted from lr/s/actea Leaves by steam distillation, and the chemical components were separated and identified by gas chromatographymass spectrometry, and the amount of the components from the essential oil were detemfined by normalization method. The results showed that 55 kinds of chemical components were identified in essential oil of Ir/s/actea Leaves. It is the first for the investigation of essential oil in lris lactea Leaves.
