摘要
基于磁四极透镜的强流束传输和超松弛迭代理论,编写了磁四极透镜的束流传输模拟程序,该程序适用于磁四极透镜中强流束传输的模拟计算.用模拟程序对不同束流的流强在磁四极透镜中的传输进行模拟计算,并对模拟结果进行了分析.模拟结果表明:随着束流的流强增大,空间电荷力的横向发散效应增强,束流包络曲线横向发散变显著;束流的流强大于100mA时,束流包络曲线发散比较明显.
Based on the theory of intense beam transmission in magnetic quadrupole lens and steepest descent algorithm, a computer simulation code is developed to calculate intense beam transmission in magnetic quadrupole lens. The code and other codes were used to simulate different current beam transmission in magnetic quadrupole lens, and the simulation results are compared and analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the transverse divergence effect of space-charge force increases with the beam current, and the beam envelope transverse divergence that space-charge force induces becomes more notable. When beam current is larger than 100 mA, beam envelope transverse divergence is evident.
