摘要
目的探讨滑膜软骨瘤病的影像学特征,提高滑膜软骨瘤病的诊断水平。方法对经临床病理证实的74例关节滑膜软骨瘤病患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果关节囊内滑膜病变及多发游离体为影像诊断的主要依据。结论 X线平片是确诊本病的最简单方法,而CT、MRI检查可清楚显示游离体数目,更具参考价值。
Objective To investigate the X-ray and CT findings of synovial chondromatosis. Methods 74 cases of synovial chon- dromatosis verified by pathology were reviewed. Results Synovial lesions and loose bodies within joint are the basis of imaging diagno- sis. Conclusion X-ray is the simplest method to diagnose synovial chondromatosis. The diagnostic value of CT and MRI is superior to X-ray.
