摘要
结合胜炼连续重整装置再生系统的生产运行情况,分析影响再生系统长周期运行的因素,包括再生器一段烧焦内网损坏原因、再生器提升器提升差压波动原因以及再生循环气干燥器三通四通阀故障等,并提出相应改进措施。
This paper combined production and running situation of the regeneration system of continuous reformer in Shengli refinery, analyzed factors influenced long - term running of the regeneration system, involved innermesh damage on the first coking section of the regenerator, lifting differential pressure fluctuation occurred on regenerator valves failure on regenerated recycle gas dryer, and gave corresponding improvement measures.
