摘要
文章围绕高校工会在校园文化建设中的特定功能,从理论上厘清校园文化的内涵,并结合高校工会的具体实践,明确大学工会在校园文化中的正确定位,分析和总结了大学工会在参与校园文化活动中角色和着力点。同时,还提出了大学工会应倡导以人为本的理念,强化大学工会的服务职能,以保障高校教学科研工作等建议。
This paper discusses the particular function of university labor unions in constructing campus culture. It aims to clarify the meaning of campus culture theoretically and the correct posi- tion of university labor unions in campus culture by combining the specific practice of the labor u- nions, and analyzing and summarizing the roles they play and the focus they place in campus cultur- al activities. Besides, the paper also suggests that the unions should advocate the people -oriented concept, strengthen the service function, and guarantee the university teaching and research work and so on.
