摘要
为进一步了解健身气功对大学生亚健康的防治效果及干预机制,采用实验法对89名存有不同程度亚健康症状的在校大学生进行为期18周的八段锦习练。结果表明,18周八段锦习练对大学生亚健康状态具有良好的治疗作用,亚健康症状基本消除率达44.9%,实验后受试者免疫指标T淋巴细胞的增殖及NK细胞活性明显提高,心理焦虑程度明显下降。结论:长期习练八段锦可以改善亚健康症状,提高大学生的免疫机能,缓解心理焦虑。
To better understand the effects of health Qigong on college students with sub - health, 89 college students with sub - health problems are selected as practitioners of an 18 - week program of Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong, exer- cising 4 times a week, 40 minutes each time, with the results finding that the Ba Duan Jin health Qigong exerts very ef- fective result on such students with sub - health problems, reaching the effective rate of 44.9%. After the program, their T lymphocyte and NK cell activity increase significantly with a sharp decrease in their mental stress. Therefore the paper comes to the conclusion that Ba Duan Jin can help alleviate students'sub -health condition, improve their immu- nity and relieve their mental stress.
