摘要
目的:探讨分析急性胰腺炎(AP)患者凝血功能测定的临床意义。方法:选择于2011年8月～2012年7月在我院接受治疗的急性胰腺炎(AP)患者36例,通过全自动血凝分析仪检查患者的凝血功能,将急性胰腺炎患者设为AP组(细分为MAP组与SAP组),同时选择30例健康的体检人员设为对照组(NC),比较凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分活化凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间国际标准化指数(INR)以及纤维蛋白原浓度(FIB)等方面的差异。结果:轻型胰腺炎组(MAP)与NC组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重症胰腺炎组(SAP)与MAP组和NC组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);存在多器官功能衰竭的急性胰腺炎患者与不存在多器官功能衰竭的急性胰腺炎患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:重症急性胰腺炎患者PT、APTT、INR以及FIB值明显延长,可作为鉴别AP病情轻重及评估预后的参考指标。
Objective：To study the analysis of acute pancreatitis（AP） function of blood coagulation in patients with the clinical significance of determination.Methods：Choose in August 2011 ～July 2012 in our hospital for treatment of acute pancreatitis（AP） patients（36 cases）and through the automatic blood coagulation analyzer check function of blood coagulation in patients with acute pancreatitis patients,set to AP group（subdivided into MAP group and SAP group）,and select the 30 cases of health medical personnel set to control（NC）,more prothrombin time（PT）,part of the activation prothrombin time（APTT）,prothrombin time international standardization index（INR）and fibrinogen concentration（FIB）,and other aspects of the differences.Results：The light pancreatitis group（MAP）and NC groups of comparisons difference was not statistically significan（tP0.05）;Severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）and group MAP group and NC group comparison（P0.05）;In multiple organ failure in patients with acute pancreatitis and does not exist multiple organ failure,acute pancreatitis patients were compared with a（P 0.05）;Conclusion：Severe acute pancreatitis PT,APTT,INR and FIB value was significantly longer,can be used as identification AP illness weight and evaluation of prognosis reference index.
