摘要
针对目前大多数WebGIS系统结构复杂,体系庞大,开发周期长,多源异构空间数据共享和互操作难以实现,调试和维护困难等问题,研究提出了基于WebService的开放式WebGIS系统。在此基础上,利用Geoserver平台,构建了土地利用规划信息系统,实现了土地利用规划信息资源的跨平台共享和互操作。实践证明:该土地利用规划信息系统能更好地为土地利用规划相关部门的决策、修改和研究提供服务。
In the light of the shortage of most of the current WebGIS technology, complex structure, huge system, long development cycle, difficulty of realizing multi - source heterogeneous spatial data＇ s sharing and interoperability, difficulty of debugging and maintaining,this paper proposed the open WebGIS based on Web Service. On the basis of the system, using Geoserver platform, this paper built the information system of land use planning, realized the land use planning information resources cross - platform sharing and interoperability. Practice has proved that,the information system of land use planning can provide better services for land use planning related departments on making decisions, modifications and investigation.
