摘要
在自动线冲压模具设计阶段,利用SOLIDAIDmeister软件对冲压模具进行运动仿真,可自动检查冲压模具的运动干涉。在设计阶段,通过设计更改,消除这些运动干涉,可避免现实中干涉的发生,确保冲压模具的正常生产。实践证明,经过运动干涉检查,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
In auto stamping die design period, using SOLIDAIDmeister to do die＇s motion simulation can automatically inspect the motion interference. Eliminating motion interference by change in design to avoid the actual interference, stamping die＇s normal production could be ensured. Practices show that the motion interference inspection can lower the production cost and raise the production efficiency.
