四创在机械/机电专业创新型人才培养模式中的探索与实践 被引量:7

摘要 随着机械/机电行业的快速发展,企业对机械/机电专业的学生毕业时所具备的理论知识与实践能力要求越来越高。针对目前高校以理论教学为主,学生实践能力缺乏系统性训练的现状,为使学生具有一定的创新与实践能力,根据学生兴趣爱好及其本身所具有的优势特点,提出创意-创新-创造-创业(简称四创)的创新型人才培养模式,通过指导教师对学生的创意加以引导分析,使其具备现实可行性而形成一些创新性设计,最后由学生进行加工制造,将其创新型设计的成果转变为符合市场需要的产品。四创实践结果表明,在机械/机电专业中人才培养中采用四创方法,不仅使学生综合实践能力得到提高,而且学生的创意与创新水平更加丰富多彩,更加符合市场需要,得到了企业的青睐。 Rapid development in mechanical and mechatronic industries have posed increasingly higher requirements on their majors. In view of the problems in the cultivation of innovative talents in many universities, this paper proposes an innovative talent cultivation mode of "Originality, Innovation, Creation and Entrepreneurship", OICE for short, to fully develop students' interests and give full play to their advantages. In the OICE, a student' s originality is ensured by his tutor's guidance realistic feasibility, and turned into an innovative design, which will then be created by his manufacturing into the product to meet the needs of the market. Practical explorations indicate that the proposed OICE can not only improve students' comprehensive ability, but provoke among mechanical majors rich and diversified activities of originality and creation, which are more responsive to market needs and favored by companies.
