静注氟比洛芬酯对全身麻醉诱导中芬太尼诱发咳嗽的影响 被引量:3

Effect of intravenous flurbiprofen axetil on fentanyl-induced cough during general anesthesia induction

摘要 目的:评估静注氟比洛芬酯抑制全身麻醉诱导中芬太尼诱发咳嗽的效果。方法:120例ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ病人被平均分为两组,氟比洛芬酯组和对照组。在全身麻醉诱导前15 min给予实验组病人静注氟比洛芬酯1 mg/kg,给予对照组生理盐水5 ml。所有病人全身麻醉诱导均静注咪达唑仑0.05 mg/kg、芬太尼5μg/kg、依托咪酯0.2 mg/kg、罗库溴铵0.6~1.0 mg/kg。所有病人静注芬太尼在2 s之内完成。咳嗽的发生情况由不参与分组的麻醉护士记录。结果:氟比洛芬酯组没有病人发生咳嗽,对照组有42例病人发生咳嗽。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在全身麻醉诱导前15 min给予病人静注0.1 mg/kg氟比洛芬酯可以有效抑制全身麻醉诱导中芬太尼诱发的咳嗽。 Objective: To evaluate the suppressive effect of intravenous flurbiprofen axetil on fentanyl-induced cough during the induction of general anesthesia. Methods: A total of 120 patients, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Ⅰ~Ⅱ , were randomized into two equally sized groups (n = 60). These two groups were given either intravenous flurbiprofen axetil 1 mg/kg or a matching placebo (5 ml 0.9% saline) 15 min before the induction of general anesthesia. Patients were induced with midazolam 0.05 mg/kg, fentanyl 5 ixg/kg, etomidate 0.2 mg/kg, and rocuronium 0.6 ~ 1.0 mg/kg. The injection time of fentanyl was less than 2 s in all patients. The occurrence of cough was recorded 2 min after fentanyl bolus by an anesthetist nurse who was uninformed of the patient allocation groups Results : No patient in the flurbiprofen axetil group had cough and 42 patients in the control group had cough. This difference was statistically different between these two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : These results demonstrate that intravenous flurbiprofen axetil 0.1 mg/kg 15min prior to induction was effective in suppressing fentanyl-induced cough in our patients.
