摘要
目的利用SF-36量表测量东莞市公务人员健康相关生存质量的状况,并对该人群健康相关生存质量的影响因素进行分析,为健康管理和健康教育提供科学依据。方法设计调查问卷结合SF-36量表,采用典型抽样方法抽取东莞市4个基层单位,调查并分析355名公务人员与健康相关的生存质量状况及其影响因素。结果东莞市公务人员生理内容综合测量为(76.10±12.55)分,心理内容综合测量为(74.68±17.39)分。多重线性回归结果显示,生理健康状况的影响因素为学历、膳食合理性、睡眠质量和慢性病患病情况;心理健康状况的影响因素为常规体检、膳食合理性、睡眠质量和健康咨询内容。结论应加强对公务人员躯体生理及心理健康相关生存质量的关注,结合常规体检为其提供有针对性的膳食指导及健康教育。
Objective In order to provide scientific reference of heahh management and health education, the aim of this study was to survey on the quality of life among civil servants in Dongguan City, and to explore its influencing factors by SF-36 scale. Methods SF-36 scale was used to conduct the survey on the quality of life and its influencing factors of 355 civil servants from 4 basic level units by typical sampling in Dongguan City. Results The scores of physical component summary （PCS） was 76. 10±12. 55, and the mental component summary （MCS） was 74. 68±17.39. The results of multiple linear regression showed that influencing factors of the physical health condition was educational background, rational diet, quality of sleeping and the state of chronic disease; and the influencing factors of mental health was routine physical examination, rational diet, quality of sleeping and the health consulting. Conclusions The quality of life related physical and mental health of civil servants should be paid attention to, and should be provided pertinency diet guide and health education.
