Study on the Beneficiation Process of a Lead-Zinc-Silver Polymetallic Ore of Inner Mongolia

摘要 内蒙古某铅锌银多金属矿,原矿含铅0.76%、锌1.15%、银21.80 g/t。物相分析表明硫化铅分布率73.33%、硫化锌分布率84.35%。针对铅锌矿物可浮性差异,选择了铅锌顺序优先浮选流程,银主要富集在铅精矿中。选铅抑锌组合药剂中加入硫化钠后抑锌效果明显,铅粗精矿中锌品位降低0.72%、锌回收率降低5.37%。选铅捕收剂乙硫氮在高碱度条件下对铅捕收能力强,使易浮的毒砂和黄铁矿受到了抑制,提高了铅指标:铅精矿品位提高了0.27%、回收率提高了8.28%。选锌采用常规药剂。试验获得了较好的指标:铅精矿中铅品位52.02%、银品位1 250 g/t、铅回收率86.84%、银回收率73.05%,锌精矿中锌品位45.11%、银品位196 g/t、锌回收率82.21%、银回收率19.39%。 A Lead-Zinc-Silver polymetallic ore in Inner Mongolia assays of 0.76% Pb, 1.15% Zn and 22.90 g/t Ag. The lead and zinc phase researches show that sulphide of lead and zinc distribution rates are 73.33% and 84.35% respectively. Based on the floatability difference of the lead and zinc minerals, selective flotation process of lead and zinc minerals is determined, and the silver minerals mainly concentrated in lead concentrate. Using sodium sulphide depressing zinc minerals could obtain obvious effect, the grade and recovery of zinc in the lead concentrate decrease by 0.72% and 5.37%. The sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate has a strong collecting ability on lead minerals under high alkalinity condition, and the grade and recovery of lead concentrate have been improved by 0.27% and 8.28% respectively. Finally good indexes are achieved, while the lead and zinc concentrates grading 52.05% Pb and 45.11% Zn are obtained, at recoveries of 86.84% and 82.21%, and silver content in the lead and zinc concentrate reaches 1 250 g/t and 196 g/t respectively.
