摘要
针对现有无极绳连续牵引车监控系统只具有保护、调速等功能而无视频监视功能的情况,设计了一种无极绳连续牵引车无线监控系统,详细介绍了无线监控功能的设计。该系统在梭车上和运行轨道沿线安装视频设备,司机可以实时监控梭车运行状况,实现了无极绳连续牵引车的启停、调速、保护、无线视频监视等功能,提高了牵引车运行的安全性。
In view of problem that existing monitoring system of continuous endless-rope winch has only protection,speed regulation functions,but hasn't video monitoring function,a wireless monitoring system of continuous endless-rope winch was designed,and design of wireless monitoring function of the system was introduced in details.The system installs video equipment on shuttle car and runway to real-timely monitor running status of shuttle car,realizes functions of start and stop,speed regulation,protection and wireless video monitoring for continuous endless-rope winch,improves operation safety of winch.
