Lisfranc损伤的诊疗分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨Lisfranc损伤的诊治和临床疗效。方法选用2010年6月至2012年5月间经切开复位内固定术(open reduction with internal fixation,ORIF)治疗Lisfranc损伤病例20例,分析其诊断、治疗和预后。其中Myer-son分型,B1型5例,B2型13例,C型2例。按Myerson三柱分类,内侧柱5例,中柱损伤4例,中柱合并内侧柱损伤2例,中柱合并外侧柱损伤9例。按Nunley分型,Ⅰ型7例,Ⅱ型6例,Ⅲ型7例。结果术后随访2～18个月,平均10.8个月按美国足踝外科协会评分(American orthopaedic foot and ankle society score,AOFAS)标准评分,优(90～100分)8例,良(75～89分)10例,一般(50～74分)2例。结论 Lisfranc关节损伤早期诊断,及时、合理、有效地治疗是减少患足行走疼痛的主要因素。
