摘要
江苏省淮安市某高层住宅小区,建筑场地覆盖层存在深厚的粘土层,原设计基础为PHC管桩基础。1#楼桩基施工完毕后,管桩出现不同程度的上浮。经过对记录资料的分析研究,笔者提议通过复打和高压灌浆,使桩基础的承载力达到设计要求。其余尚未施工的楼基础改为素砼桩法做地基处理。工程实例证明,采用素砼桩复合地基提高土层的复合承载能力,作为高层建筑的持力层,在类似地质条件下比PHC管桩更具有可行性,也更经济。
A thick clay layer in covering layer of building sites was founded in a high - rise residential areas in Huai' an city in Jiangsu Province, and the original design was based on PHC pile. Pile appears of different level rising after pile foundation construction of building #1. The author proposed a method of repeat hammering and high pressure grouting to make sure that the bearing capacity of pile foundation meet the design requirements. After the recording of data analysis, other building foundation which was not constructed used plain concrete pile composite foundation. Engineering instances proved that, using plain concrete pile Composite foundation to improve composite bearing capacity of soil as bearing layer for tall buildings in similar geological conditions will be more feasible and economical than that of PHC pile.
