摘要
清洁生产是畜禽养殖建设项目污染控制的最佳途径之一。本文在分析建设项目环境影响评价与清洁生产的关系的基础上,从污染物处理工艺比对、资源回收利用的角度,通过实例对畜禽养殖建设项目环境影响评价中进行清洁生产的优越性进行了分析,并提出了符合清洁生产的环保措施,以最大限度地降低污染物的排放量,从而实现变废为宝、资源综合循环利用以及保护环境的目标。
Cleaner Production is one of the best ways to control the pollution from livestock and poultry breeding.Through the analysis of the relationship between environmental impact assessment and cleaner production,based on the perspective of resource recycling,this paper compares different processes of pollutant treatment,analyzes the superiority of cleaner production by an example,and puts forward some environmental protection measures to maximize the reduction of pollutant emissions,turn waste into treasure and comprehensively recycle the resource.At the same time,the paper provides the reference for the livestock and poultry enterprises and the administrative departments of environmental protection.
