分层崩落采矿法在瓦厂铁铜矿的应用 被引量:12

摘要 永平县瓦厂铁铜矿的生产规模为6万t/a,是个小型矿山,开拓方式采用平硐开拓。由于矿岩破碎、稳固性差,开采过程中易发生冒顶、片帮、坍塌等安全事故,故矿山开采选用分层崩落采矿法。通过试采,摸清了该采矿方法在瓦厂铁铜矿1#、2#矿体回采中的结构参数、矿体布置、适用条件等方面的各项工艺参数。结果表明分层崩落法完全适用于永平县瓦厂铁铜矿1#、2#矿体的回采。 The production scale of Wachang iron and copper mine located in Yongping County is 60000 t/a, which is a small mining with flat adit development as its exploring method. Due to the fragmentized rock and low reliability, safety accidents such as roof falling, slabbing, landslide and etc. are ape to happen during operation, the layered caving method is adopted as mining method. Through pilot exploring, every aspects of processing parameters such as the structure parameters, ore body distribution and applicable conditions are found out. The results show that the layered caving method is completely suitable for mining 1^# and 2^# ore body in Wachang iron and copper mine.
