摘要
建立了液液萃取-GC/MS联用分析地表水中的多氯联苯的方法,并对实际水样进行了测定。各目标物的线性回归R值均大于0.999,MDL为0.08-3.9ng/L,RSD为0.25%-6.2%,回收率为87.6%-113%。
A method of LLE coupled with GC/MS for the determination of polyehlorinated biphenyls （PCBs） in surface water samples was developed. The linear correlation coefficients were over 0.999, the method detection limits were 0.0-3.9ng/mL, and the relative standard deviations were from 0.25% to 6.2%, and the recoveries were from 87.6% to 113%.
