骨髓增生异常综合征合并克罗恩病二例

摘要 例1患者男，22岁，因反复乏力8年，伴间断腹痛、便血半年人院。患者8年前出现乏力、全血细胞减少，经多次骨髓检查诊断为骨髓增生异常综合征（myelodysplastic syndrome，MDS），长期以糖皮质激素治疗，半年前患者出现间断腹痛伴便血。
