摘要
目的了解上海市长宁区3岁沪籍与非沪籍儿童的乳牙患龋情况。方法按全国口腔流行病学调查标准,对645名沪籍、614名非沪籍3岁儿童的乳牙龋病进行调查。结果本区3岁沪籍儿童乳牙患龋率26.98%,龋均0.87,龋面均1.51;非沪籍儿童乳牙患龋率47.07%,龋均1.76,龋面均3.08。两组均存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论上海市长宁区3岁儿童中,非沪籍儿童乳牙龋病患病率明显高于本区沪籍儿童,因此更需加强非沪籍儿童龋病的防治。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of caries in native children and nonnative children located in Changning Dis trict of Shanghai. Methods A survey of caries was performed in 645 native children and 614 nonnative children in Shanghai accord ing to the Criteria for National Oral Epidemiologic Survey. Results Caries prevalence rate in deciduous teeth of native children was 26.98% ,dmft was 0.87 and dmfs was 1.51. Caries prevalence rate in deciduous teeth of nonnative children was 47.07% ,dmft was 1.76 and dmfs was 3.08. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Prevalence of deciduous tooth caries in 3yearold nonnative children in Changning District of Shanghai is obviously higher than that in native children in this dis trict. More attention should be addressed to caries prevention and treatment in nonnative children.
