形象思维教学在椎间孔镜椎间盘摘除术教学中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 近年来，随着微创脊柱外科手术器械的不断研发及微创脊柱外科手术方式的不断改进，采用微创方式治疗腰椎间盘突出症逐渐成为主流，经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘摘除术因其手术创伤小、术后住院时间短、术后康复快能早期恢复正常工作及生活等优点，逐渐成为腰椎间盘突出症微创治疗的主流。由于该术式在局麻下经过特殊的通道系统，在术中正侧位反复透视下进行手术，这就给手术医生的培训带来困难。为此，我们利用专题讲座、手术演示、手术观摩、手术器械操作、查阅资料、术前讨论及病例分析等教学形式，训练和运用形象思维，为手术医生讲解经皮椎问孔镜椎间盘摘除术的局部解剖知识及相关手术技巧，提高了手术教学效果。
