摘要
测试了不同再生骨料取代率、粉煤灰、减水剂、膨胀剂掺量再生骨料混凝土弹性模量,对比分析了几种常用的弹性模量预测模型。研究表明:再生骨料混凝土弹性模量随着再生骨料取代率的增加,呈现先增加后降低的现象;随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而增大;随着减水剂的增加而减小;当膨胀剂掺量较小时,再生骨料混凝土弹性模量随膨胀剂掺量的增加而增大,但过多的膨胀剂掺量反而会降低再生骨料混凝土弹性模量。再生骨料混凝土弹性模量值可根据本文中公式(4)进行计算。
Elasticity modulus of recycled aggregate concretes with different replacement rate of recycled aggregate and different dosage of fly ash, super plasticizer, and expansive agent were tested in this paper. And the paper Made a comparative analysis on the several commonly used forecasting model of elastic modulus. The research results show that: With the recycled aggregate replacement rate increases, the elasticity modulus of recycled aggregate concrete showing the phenomenon of first increase then decreases; the elasticity modulus of recycled aggregate concrete increase with the of fly ash content increases; the elasticity modulus of recycled aggregate concrete decreases with the content of super plasticizer increase; when the dosage of expansive agent is small, the elasticity modulus of recycled aggregate concrete increases with the expansive agent dosage increases, but too much expansive agent dosage will reduce the elasticity modulus of of recycled aggregate concrete. The elastic modulus of recycled aggregate concrete can be calculated according to Eq. 4 in this article.
