摘要
目的评价在乳腺癌患者术后围化疗期实施临床护理路径的效果。方法64例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各32例，对照组执行常规护理，观察组实施临床护理路径，比较两组患者心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组患者心理状态及生活质量状况明显改善，与对照组比较差异有显著性，P〈0．05。结论在乳腺癌围化疗期实施临床护理路径能提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathways during perichemotherapy for patients with breast cancer. Methoda 64 patients with breast cancer receiving chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and study group, 32 for each group. The control group received routine care, while the study group received clinical nursing pathways. Mental status and quality of life were compared hetween the two groups, Reaulta Mental status and quality of life were markedly improved in the study group, as compared with those in the control group （P〈O.05）. Condtmlons Application of clinical nursing vathwavs during peri-chemotherapy for breast cancer can improve the quality of nursing care.
